Weigh in – Week 2

So last week I told you all about the progress I have been making getting towards the healthier, slimmer and fitter me! Well Tuesday is weigh in day so I thought I’d start recording my weekly weigh-ins here so I have a bit of something to keep me going; I’m so used to going to a slimming group for support, with me doing Weight Watchers online there is no group support as such; my lovely readers always make me smile and are so encouraging so I’m going to use you as my ‘group support’ ;)

Last week I lost 4lbs and this week I have lost…

2lbs!!

I am really chuffed with myself and am loving the pro-points system! It is so easy to follow and I keep track of all my food in the iPhone app.

Giving up smoking is going fantastic too, I’m on day 44 today but this was my screenshot last night…

So I’ve given up smoking and lost weight!! Now just need to kick my backside and start working out again!!!!

Weight lost to date -  6lbs

  2. Whoop! Well done! Today’s my weigh in day too but think I’m going to go to tomorrow’s class as feeling blah! Keep it up… Did you know with a monthly pass you can do the online thing and go to any class you want x
